Private PDF, JSON & image tools and playgrounds

Pick a tool by the job you need done. No account or sign-up, and most tools never upload your file.

Your files stay on your device. Most tools read and process your file inside this browser tab. The three tools marked Uses our server send your file to our server, which processes it and discards it immediately.

🤖 Tools marked Agent-ready can also be called by AI agents in Chrome through WebMCP, with nothing to install. See the tools and how to try them.

Playgrounds

Try databases and APIs, read logs and train neural networks, in your browser without installing anything.

Database Playgrounds

Practise SQL and MongoDB queries on PostgreSQL, SQLite, DuckDB and Mongo, right in your browser with sample data.

API Playgrounds New

Call a REST or GraphQL API from your browser, break an API on purpose with 503s, timeouts and dropped connections, and test webhooks with signatures and retries.

RESTGraphQLWebhooks

Kubernetes Playground

Learn Kubernetes with a sample app: watch pods and readiness, run a rolling update, break it on purpose and try kubectl-style commands. A teaching model, not a real cluster.

KuberneteskubectlPods

Log analysis tools New

Compare a good run and a bad run to see what is new, missing or changed, or open logs side by side and merge them by time. Files stay on your device.

LogsTextPrivate

Data Tools New

Make fake test data, make synthetic data with a known answer for ML, or clean a CSV step by step.

CSVJSONSQL

Email Playground New

Preview HTML email as you type, fill its variables from JSON and see what Gmail, Outlook and dark mode will break, line by line.

PDF Generator New

Write a page in HTML, fill it from JSON and see it on A4 pages as you type: invoices, receipts, letters, certificates, one PDF per record.

pgvector Playground New

Vector search in real PostgreSQL in your browser: document chunks with embeddings, cosine and hybrid search, HNSW and RAG queries.

pgvectorRAGSQL

ML and GPU Playgrounds New

Train scikit-learn and TensorFlow models on your own CSV, and learn how CUDA kernels run without a GPU. Files stay on your device.

MLscikit-learnTensorFlowCUDA

TensorFlow Playground

Upload a CSV, train a neural network in your browser and watch loss, accuracy and the decision boundary. Nothing is uploaded.

TensorFlow.jsNeural networkCSV

scikit-learn Playground

Train and compare scikit-learn models on your own CSV in your browser, and see how each one scores. Your data stays on your device.

Test Data Generator New

Make realistic fake data for testing, up to 5 million rows as CSV, JSON or SQL INSERT, and mix in bad records on purpose.

CSVJSONSQL

Check before you share

Find sensitive or badly hidden information in PDFs, images and JSON before the file leaves your hands.

JSON Tools and Playgrounds

Compare, validate, query, patch and clean JSON in your browser.

Check for AI-written text

Get a likelihood breakdown for pasted text or a PDF.

Extract text & clean up PDFs

Make scanned pages readable and remove text watermarks.

Everyday PDF tools

Compress PDFs and images, then combine, split, rotate and lock PDFs, all in your browser.

Latest guides

Short, practical guides on the free tools above: what each one is for and when to use it.

Guides

Practical reading for anyone who debugs a system, whether or not they use our tools. The guides cover logs, log generation and PostgreSQL performance.

About TinyPDF

TinyPDF is a set of free, single-purpose tools for PDF files, JSON data and images. Most of them run inside your browser, so documents such as contracts, ID scans, invoices and API responses are processed on your own device instead of being uploaded.

Are the TinyPDF tools free?

Yes. Every tool is free to use with no account or sign-up.

Are my files uploaded to a server?

Most tools read and process your file inside your browser tab, so it is never uploaded. Three tools are marked “Uses our server”: AI Text Detector, PDF AI Text Checker and Watermark Remover. They send your file to our server, which processes it and discards it immediately.

How can I check whether a redacted PDF is really redacted?

Open the PDF & Image Redaction Checker. It finds text hidden under black boxes, white-out or highlighter that can still be selected and copied, and it runs entirely on your device.

How do I compare two JSON files when the keys are in a different order?

Use JSON Compare & Schema Validator. It compares keys, values and data types instead of lines of text, so keys that moved up or down are not reported as changes. It can also validate JSON against a JSON Schema.

Is there an API?

JSON Query Playground is also available through an API. Tools with API access are marked “API available”.

How do I get help or report a problem?

See the Help & Support page, or email support@tinypdf.in.
